Clarification Announcement

Further to our announcement released on 22 January 2009 (the "Announcement"), we wish to clarify that the effective date of appointment of Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. as continuing Sponsor of Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited as set out in paragraph 3 of the Announcement was inadvertently stated to be "22 January 2009". Please note that the correct date should be "22 February 2009". For ease of reference, please see attached the announcement released on 22 January 2009.
