Report Of Persons Occupying Managerial Positions Who Are Related To A Director, Chief Executive Officer Or Substantial Shareholder

Pursuant to Rule 704(10) of the Listing Manual, Section B, Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that as at 30 June 2013, none of the persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries is a relative of a Director or Chief Executive Officer or Substantial Shareholder of the Company.
