| Description | Pursuant to Rule 704(10) of the Listing Manual, Section B, Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that as at 30 June 2014, none of the persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries is a relative of a Director or Chief Executive Officer or Substantial Shareholder of the Company. This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Companys sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services Pte Ltd (the Sponsor), for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the SGX-ST).
